Our Media Department is a close-knit team of experts in video production, photography, and editing. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist to help elevate our visual storytelling. If you’re a versatile, creative individual who thrives in both collaborative and solo projects, this is the role for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Multimedia Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality photo and video content that aligns with Stone Road Media’s marketing objectives. You’ll work on a range of projects, from commercial spots and social media content to lifestyle and product photography. Some shoots will be collaborative with the Multimedia Manager, while others will be independent.

This hybrid position (remote/studio and fieldwork) requires someone who is self-motivated, creative, and passionate about the outdoor industry. If you’re looking to join a dynamic team in a growing company, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for a variety of projects (commercial, documentary, lifestyle, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Multimedia Manager on select shoots, while managing independent projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that all content aligns with Stone Road Media’s brand and marketing strategy.
• Manage client YouTube channels, posting videos and shorts with optimized descriptions and tags.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and video editing techniques, incorporating new ideas and tools into your work.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while receiving and applying constructive feedback.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of professional experience in camera operation, video editing, and photography.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in photo and video production (please provide samples upon request).
• A passion for the outdoor lifestyle and experience with or interest in hunting, fishing, and shooting. Experience handling firearms is required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Experience managing YouTube accounts and optimizing video content for the platform.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
